General Admission: Every concert, workshop, jam session, open mic and event is included in your pass

Do I need to sign up for my chosen workshops?
Yes, please. We would like to get an idea of which workshops are of interest to you to determine which room workshops will be held in. You are not committed to these choices, but it would help us judge anticipated attendance for individual workshops, so we can plan ahead. Registrants will be getting emails to ask for workshop preferences, whether you want to join in on BandHui, and other survey questions.
Are vaccinations or antibody tests required?
Not at this time. The choice is yours to be vaccinated or not. We will follow the current guidelines and policies of the CDC, State of Tennessee at the time of the festival.
Are masks required?
No, not at this time. The choice to wear a mask also remains yours. We ask that all patrons respect each others choices on this matter.
Workshop Handouts
Workshop Handouts will be shared with attendees via email. Please print any handouts that you want to use or bring your own iPads/tablets/computers to view them.
Music Stands
You can bring a music stand or get creative with hanging your music, if you have printed copies.
See photos below with piece of cardboard clipped to a swivel-hook hanger. The cardboard gives the page stability. If the hanger is wider than 8 ½", add an additional clip. Also, consider using sticky putty to connect the paper to the cardboard. (This idea was borrowed from Dani Joy & Reno Uke Fest.)
Can I book my hotel room through the website?
Fairfield Inn group block is sold out. We now have a group rate and block at the Best Western Franklin Inn. Please call the hotel front desk directly for reservations under “Music City Uke Fest”. Details are under the Accommodations tab.
Is the festival non-smoking?
Yes! Our event is being held indoors at The Factory at Franklin, Lane Music, and the Best Western. As a courtesy and to follow general guidelines, there is no smoking at the festival.
Will there be alcohol at the festival?
No, this is an alcohol-free event inside Liberty Hall. There are many places to enjoy libations at shops in The Factory, just outside of Liberty Hall. There is no alcohol at Lane Music or the Best Western for events there.
Where can we find food during the festival?
